ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL LEG OF THE SERVICE DELIVERY PROGRAMME FOR MOPANI DISTRICT
MEC Ernest Rachoene successfully led the service delivery programme in the form of pothole patching at Maake village in the Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality, Mopani District.
The MEC was joined by the local Mayor Cllr Gerson Molapisane and the Speaker Cllr Sannie Tiba, EXCO member responsible for infrastructure Cllr Connie Ramoshaba.
The roads that are focussed on are the D3889 Maake Plaza-Tickyline and the D3895 Tickyline to Shiluvane.
The MEC has indicated that this programme is also intended to double the efforts of the team #DikgerekgereWednesdays in ensuring that the provincial roads are in good condition which enables seemless transportation of goods, people as well as supporting economic development. "
The programme is also done bearing in mind that schools are reopening next week after the December long holidays.
The MEC will also be visiting the Waterberg and Sekhukhune Districts to join roads maintenance workers in patching potholes in districts to benefit the people of Limpopo.
